With a passion for excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we're building a team of experts who share our vision and values. **Responsibilities and Duties** As an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Sharing your passion for the brand and its products with customers, creating a contagious and engaging experience * Using the brand's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers * Familiarizing yourself with the brand's site and media, as well as competitor products, to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments * Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide customers with informed and unbiased advice * Showing empathy and understanding to customers in stressful situations, providing a supportive and reassuring experience * Collaborating with the arenaflex team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed as an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need: * 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems (a plus) * Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments * A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs * The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the customer's knowledge level * Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and the ability to communicate effectively in text form * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions **CDW's Purpose** CDW's purpose is to help our customers achieve their goals by providing them with the technology advice and products they need, when they need them.
