Job Overview As a Manager of Customer Insights at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth for our clients by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to develop and implement media strategies that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported by arenaflex Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients to review media performance and identify areas for growth and optimization Serve as a subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders Synthesize data from multiple sources to develop strategic recommendations for future media investments and deliver presentations to internal leadership and external vendor-partners Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting Tell data stories that support key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregate insights to support client-facing teams Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the arenaflex LMN Insights team and the whole of the retail media business Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational foundation in a related field such as business, marketing, finance, statistics, econometrics, or information sciences. A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in insights and analytics are required, with 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics preferred. Essential Skills and Competencies Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to present data insights in a compelling and easy-to-understand way Experience with A/B testing and experimental design Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field such as market research, behavioral psychology, or business administration Experience leading teams and driving business impact Global team management experience Experience working in a retail environment Working knowledge of analytic/research software such as SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, or similar tools Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
