Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a critical part of our mission, you will provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all arenaflex customers. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. You will communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone and email support Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions Work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours (30-39 hours per week) Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns Stay up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informative support Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a remote or virtual setting Familiarity with customer service software and technology Experience working in a flexible, reduced hour schedule Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication skills : ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and internal teams Problem-solving skills : ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions Time management skills : ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a flexible schedule Adaptability : ability to adapt to changing situations, policies, and procedures Technical skills : ability to learn and utilize software applications and technology Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
