Experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk for E-commerce Systems - Part-Time Opportunity with arenaflex

As a key player in our team, the Remote Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and updating critical pricing information in our Oracle Retail and SAP e-commerce systems. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including: Reviewing and entering all price change requests received from the merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Understanding data and identifying price change discrepancies, with the ability to analyze complex promotional price changes and their impact on the system Reviewing and entering stores' submitted cost and price changes, as well as promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP e-commerce systems Collaborating with the Accounts Payable team to reopen POS for invoice submission, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing delays Managing and reviewing weekly price change reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements Assisting with ad-hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities Providing exceptional support to the merchants and stores, serving as a liaison and go-to person for price change-related issues and questions Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Information Technology 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, e-commerce, or a similar field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-motivated mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail, with a data-driven and results-focused mentality Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with Oracle Retail and SAP e-commerce systems, or similar technologies Knowledge of e-commerce operations, including pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
