**Experienced Part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Front Office Operations**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our front office operations, working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient data management. **Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Performing all functions and responsibilities of a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, including scheduling cases and invoicing cases * Receiving cases, opening cases, and disinfecting cases for production * Packing and shipping cases for delivery through local sources or national carriers * Scheduling cases and performing the scheduling function for each case * Entering demographics and customer information through our LIS system * Printing preference notes matching to cases * Moving cases into production areas * Invoicing cases and assisting with billing questions or issues * Scanning paperwork for each case for electronic storage * Answering all incoming calls and responding to inquiries from customers' offices * Referring technical inquiries to appropriate team members * Performing all other duties as assigned **Skills and Abilities Required** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong data entry and computer skills * Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities * Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in using software applications, including LIS systems **Minimum Education and Experience Required** * High school diploma or GED equivalent * Some billing experience required **Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used** * Disinfectant process chemicals * Personal protective equipment as required * Office equipment **Physical Requirements** * Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach * Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions * Good hand-eye coordination * Good manual dexterity * Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time * Repeated bending and kneeling * Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail, and/or color * Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds **Education** * High School or Equivalent or better **Behaviors** * Team Player: Works well as a member of a group * Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing opportunities for growth and development.
