You'll work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data sets, identifying trends and patterns that inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us optimize our content portfolio, marketing strategies, and audience engagement. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions * Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and new content opportunities * Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions * Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy * Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation * Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques * Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders **Good TO-HAVES** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques * Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative company that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
