Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customer experience during challenging times. This part-time position offers flexibility, working approximately 3-29 hours per week, with the opportunity to choose your shift within our specified times in CST. As a remote position, you will have the comfort of working from your home office, ensuring a better work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries Offer empathy and support to customers during the claim process, ensuring a positive experience Collect and document all claim details provided by the customer into the claim system accurately Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support Adhere to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage Successfully demonstrate arenaflex's core values, including customer-first approach, self-motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement Required Skills and Abilities To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent language skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports Strong writing skills, with the ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions A confident, clear, and professional telephone presence The ability to provide feedback verbally and in writing in a positive, professional manner Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute Education and Experience The ideal candidate will have: A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred, but not required Network Requirements To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need to: Run a Speed Test from the computer you will be working from (www.speedtest.net) upon hire Have a reliable Ethernet connection (strongly recommended) Work from a private network, not a public location Avoid using VPNs, as logins must occur in the US Benefits and Compensation At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, including: Competitive hourly rate Ancillary benefits, such as dental, accident insurance, critical illness, dependent care, FSA (Flex Savings Account), and SavvyFi- College Savings, eligible after 60 days of employment 401K eligibility after 6 months of employment PTO eligibility after 90 days of employment Employee Assistance Program Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
