Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving client issues, and promoting our products and services. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary of $25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Model and convey a positive and exceptional client experience, ensuring that all interactions are courteous, friendly, and professional Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information and process prescriptions Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving client issues and answering questions to ensure a positive client experience Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a particular and brilliant client experience, including relational habits and arenaflex service qualities Perform tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy Report, immediately, prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to Organization policies and procedures corresponding to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program Strictly adhere to the arenaflex policy regarding Fair and Accurate Dispensing during all applicable prescription dispensing activities Handle calls that don't require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians Process (edit and resubmit) manual claims for third-party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Director Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico) Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications At least six months of experience in a retail environment Previous work experience with arenaflex Good numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control PTCB certification Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
