Key Responsibilities Registers sales on assigned sales register, provides clients with considerate, fair, and professional checkout service Utilizes pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data and process prescriptions Engages clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services Resolves client issues and answers questions to ensure a positive client experience Models and offers client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a particular and brilliant client experience Recommends items available for purchase to clients and suggests exchange up as well as sidekick items Registers client purchases on assigned sales register, collects cash, and disseminates change as mentioned Keeps counters and retires clean and well-promoted, takes stock, and maintains records Performs obligations as assigned by Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data Reports, immediately, prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adheres to Organization policies and procedures corresponding to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico) Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control PTCB certification (preferred) Preferred Qualifications At least six months of experience in a retail environment Previous work experience with arenaflex Good numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control PTCB certification Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
