Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry and Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry and Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of complex analyses, reporting solutions, and packages to meet business needs. You will interact directly with internal clients and coworkers in the development of reporting and analytic solutions, as well as software design. This is an entry-level opportunity, and we welcome candidates with no prior experience to apply. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal partners and teams in the design and development of reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business objectives. Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis that answers business questions for internal clients; interpret results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings. Design and develop applications for internal clients. Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods. Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues. Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications. Experience with reporting platforms – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS). Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript. Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL. Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with reporting platforms – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad). Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying information structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.). Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle. Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL. Crystal Reporting experience.
