Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Front End Pharmacy Technician. As a Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will perform order entry tasks, collaborate with other team members in the medication dispensing process, and provide exceptional customer service. Day in the Life As a Front End Pharmacy Technician, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including: Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process at our closed-door pharmacy Triage customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's to ensure they are back in a timely manner Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags Creating and maintaining accurate customer records The Team and Benefits arenaflex provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communications, and chronic care settings.
