Job Overview The Learning Specialist will be responsible for developing and conducting effective training programs, indirectly enhancing employee workplace performance in conjunction with our core values. This role requires an expert communicator with proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1) and English, as well as experience in training delivery, customer service, or related fields. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and able to work within a 24/7 global team across various time zones. Key Responsibilities Deliver arenaflex orientation and new hire training to all job levels, virtually or in-person, as required by the business Meet or exceed performance expectations regarding new hire training, including training yield, customer experience, and AHT performance Design and deliver continuous learning sessions for existing employees to meet or exceed improvement goals Proactively analyze performance data to identify gaps, propose, and deliver training interventions to meet or exceed improvement goals Gather training needs through performance data analysis, voice of business, and voice of associates sessions, and design and deliver training interventions to address these needs Maintain and report data, such as trainee attendance, performance, and analysis, in a timely and accurate manner Participate in call listening sessions and quality calibrations to stay updated on the latest developments Take customer contacts every month to stay informed about the latest process updates and changes Lead or be a team member on improvement projects aimed at enhancing business performance Essential Qualifications JLPT N1 certification in Japanese language Proficiency in English language 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles or similar experience Flexible to work within a 24/7 global team across various time zones Good communication skills for knowledge transfer and skill development Good coordination and organization skills Extensive expertise in cultural and soft skills relevant to a contact center environment Competent user level of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service or customer service-related work experience Training experience specific to a contact center environment Bachelor's degree or significant college coursework in communication, education, or a related field Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Learning Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to design and deliver effective training programs Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
