Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, responding to their requests via phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary objective will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers by providing personalized support and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will utilize a range of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in a timely and professional manner Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner Providing product information, order status updates, and website guidance to customers Utilizing various tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience Work Schedule and Requirements This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week (5 x 8 hours). Your work schedule will include a variety of different shift patterns within our operating hours of 7 am and 9 pm, Monday to Sunday. You may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays, and you will be compensated accordingly. Schedules will be known 6 weeks in advance to ensure that your personal life can plan well around your work.
