Key Responsibilities Handle incoming contacts from customers through various channels, including voice, email, and chat, and provide them with timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Process reservation requests, support basic loyalty and customer care requests, and identify guest reservation needs to maximize revenue. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management. Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and maintain open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties. Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets and the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. No related work experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to our associates. No supervisory experience is necessary, but you should be able to work independently and as part of a team. No license or certification is required, but you should be willing to learn and adapt to our systems and processes. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
