About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a remote customer service and payment collection representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections on their accounts. Key Responsibilities Make outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collections on their accounts Provide customers with knowledgeable answers and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Keep in touch with managers to receive feedback and coaching on performance Utilize scripted customer feedback system to ensure consistent and high-quality responses Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and notes Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. A background in retail, sales, or wait staff can be beneficial, as these roles often require strong communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home, with a reliable internet connection and a standard keyboard.
