Key Responsibilities Exemplify arenaflex's Core Values and Mission Statement, living out our culture and promoting a positive and professional attitude Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service and attention Surprise and delight each client, innovating ways to consistently exceed their expectations and ensure that no one falls through the cracks Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner, applying for payments and sending out payment reminders as directed Manage flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge-related details for clients, including spa, touring, and dinner reservations Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising on what should be printed and ensuring that all materials are distributed at least 3 weeks before departure Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all deadlines are met Manage client profiles and bookings, serving as a backup travel support and main point of contact as needed, including outside of normal office hours Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency, implementing tools and strategies to heighten our remote workplace culture and improve client satisfaction Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you must be a driven self-starter with a positive and proactive attitude.
