The Role: Inbound Warranty Service Associate As an Inbound Warranty Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in assisting customers who have purchased appliance care plans and are seeking to make or follow up on repair claims. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to upsell additional protection for their existing appliances. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and establish rapport with customers to create a positive experience, using probing questions and active listening to understand their needs. Investigate customer accounts to comprehend the services they've purchased and file or follow up on repair claims efficiently. Develop strong relationships with customers by empathizing with their concerns, providing tailored solutions, and collaborating on resolutions. Utilize probing techniques to identify opportunities to upsell additional protection for customers' existing appliances, presenting products and services that meet their needs and addressing objections effectively. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling customer information and ensure that all interactions are conducted with professionalism and integrity. About You: To succeed in this role, you should have: Over 6 months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in cross-selling or upselling, with a strong understanding of how to identify opportunities and present products and services effectively. Familiarity with call center environments and a comfort with technology, including software applications and hardware requirements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop practical solutions for customers and clients. A strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to receive coaching and mentorship to continuously improve your skills and performance. Current residency in and legal ability to work in the United States or Canada. Technical Requirements: To ensure seamless performance and productivity, you'll need: A Windows 10 or 11 computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and an Intel I3 processor (CPU). An ethernet cable connected to the modem, with internet speeds of at least 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. A webcam for training and a USB headset for clear communication.
