Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred), demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to ongoing learning and development. 1-2 years of customer service or related experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
