Key Responsibilities: Where Your Skills Will Shine As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and promoting our organization's service standards. Your duties will include: Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and effective way. Focus on customer retention, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, and providing personalized solutions to meet our customers' evolving needs. Providing customers with accurate information about our services, tariffs, and promotions, ensuring that they are well-informed and empowered to make informed decisions. Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that critical concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and seamless manner. Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and resolution as required, and ensuring that customer concerns are fully addressed. Completing call notes and call reports, updating our CRM system, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries, ensuring that our customers receive fair and effective solutions. Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, providing valuable insights that will help us improve our services and customer experience. Requirements: The Ideal Candidate Profile To succeed as an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers and provide exceptional support. Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy sector, where you have developed a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and a professional tone. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools and technologies. Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, enabling you to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that will inform our business decisions.
