Job Summary In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing full-time assistance to our customers, performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and serving as the first point of contact for customers who require support. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively interact with customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide timely and accurate solutions to their problems. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work independently with minimal direction, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Place outbound customer calls, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Update and maintain customer call database, including updating and acting on customer care logs and all customer profile pages Provide administrative support, including profile creation and updating, filing, data entry, and document creation Generate and resolve customer support issue tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints Assist in the preparation of all mail related to the customer support process and handle special administrative tasks, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks Manage the provider's entrance lobby area, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and clients, and directing them to their designated offices and meeting rooms Perform general office duties, including but not limited to filing, records entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job tasks Responsible for checking inventory supplies and performing other related tasks as required Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and respond to their inquiries Proven ability to follow instructions and adhere to established guidelines and procedures Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions Enthusiastic and focused, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including Access and PowerPoint Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other related tools and technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work independently with minimal direction, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
