About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Remote Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of data entry tasks, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and are subject to change from time to time. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases. Receives case, opens case, and disinfects case for production. Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier. Performs the scheduling function for each case. Through LIS, enter demographics and customer information. Print preference notes matching to case. Move case into production area. Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues. Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage. Answer all incoming calls. Respond to all inquiries from customers' office. Refers all technical inquiries to the appropriate team member. All other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Required To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent data entry and computer skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. You will also need to have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Some billing experience is required, and a high school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Some billing experience required.
