Job Description We are seeking an experienced and customer-obsessed Customer Support Representative to join our award-winning team. As the front-line of the arenaflex experience, you will provide innovative and top-notch service to our clients and candidates through phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Complete projects assigned by the support manager, ensuring attention to detail and quality of work Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the arenaflex system, leveraging technical skills and problem-solving abilities Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved, ensuring that all issues are addressed and closed Complete call logs and reports, maintaining accurate records and providing insights for process improvements Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends and issues in customer calls, contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes Recommend process improvements, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to customer support Nights or weekend hours may be required depending on shift, ensuring that our customers receive 24/7 support Develop expertise in the arenaflex platform, helping our customers and candidates understand the value of our technology and services Document and manage cases for each support interaction, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail Recognize, document, and alert leadership of trends in contacts and ongoing issues, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making Identify and communicate support process and product improvements, driving innovation and excellence in customer support Delight each contact with positive and encouraging interactions, embodying the arenaflex spirit of customer obsession and excellence Essential Qualifications Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike Positive attitude and drive to always be improving, with a growth mindset and a passion for learning Expert reading and writing skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise communications Proficient with technology, able to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with experience in a technical support role being a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is preferred, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools Experience communicating with customers is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations Flexible schedule, with the ability to work 24/7 shifts as required Requires US Citizenship to work in this position, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the USA Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of the recruitment industry, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our customers and candidates Experience with customer support software and tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
