About the Role In this full-time customer service representative role, you will be responsible for supporting arenaflex's members with their drug plans, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to phone calls and answer questions from plan members about their health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions Provide solutions and support to facilitate treatment and improve plan members' understanding of their services and options Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve high-quality service standards and resolve member inquiries in a timely and professional manner Utilize computer applications and software to access member information, process requests, and document interactions Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and support to plan members. The essential qualifications and requirements for this role include: Essential Qualifications: At least 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military setting Computer experience with Windows-based applications and the ability to learn new software and systems Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner and communicate effectively with plan members and colleagues Reliability, compliance with standards, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the healthcare or insurance industry, with knowledge of health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication, professionalism, and patience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service, work effectively in a team environment, and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
