Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and team-oriented Remote Long-Term Care Data Entry Technician to join our dynamic team. The primary purpose of this role is to accurately and efficiently enter computer data for prescription orders and medical records, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care. Position Details This is a remote position, offering flexibility and work-life balance. The schedule for this role is as follows: 1PM-9:30PM, Monday through Friday Every other Saturday and Sunday, 9AM-5:30PM To be considered for this position, you must have experience with FrameWorks LTC, and familiarity with Docutrack is preferred. Additionally, you must currently reside in a state where arenaflex is licensed, including AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MO, PA, OH, and WI. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Long-Term Care Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Contacting physician offices as needed for refill authorization Verifying orders with clients as necessary Processing new and refill prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency Opening orders, verifying eligibility, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining high productivity and quality standards Documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to management Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for resolution and tracking status in the system Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system Assisting with research of lost or missing orders as requested by internal departments Providing backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels Answering incoming calls promptly and delivering a high standard of customer service to clients Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) A Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements Preferred experience in long-term care pharmacy Preferred experience with FrameWorks and Docutrack Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs dictate Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Minimum one year of pharmacy data entry experience Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
