Key Responsibilities Develop analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces. Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different trade streams to improve the client experience and increase conversions. Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products. Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and have an impact across the business. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analysis space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale. Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a meaningful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners.
