Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing customer service support and resolving routine problems related to our client's products and services. As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative - Remote (Night Shift), you will be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls and online interactions. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues, providing product information, and offering additional products and services to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to provide effective solutions Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all customer interactions are properly logged Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends Offer additional products and/or services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing customers with tailored solutions to meet their needs Deliver expert customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, with a minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience. You should be comfortable working an evening or overnight schedule, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Technical support experience is preferred, although not essential, and you should have a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, you will need to have a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies.
