Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders from various teams to guide them towards better decision-making using available data. Drive data and insights through effective communication with partners and teams, ensuring that all stakeholders can utilize insights to drive business forward. Maintain a customer-centric focus while being a domain and product expert through data, fostering trust among peers and ensuring that teams and projects have access to data-driven insights. Manage ambiguous issues and adapt tools to address complex questions, identifying trade-offs between speed and quality of various approaches. Develop logical frameworks to measure team success by collaborating with teams to establish progress metrics, create approaches to track data and analyze errors, and measure and evaluate data to develop a common language for all stakeholders. Operationalize data processes to provide partners with ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools, ensuring that everyone has a clear understanding of the business's state. Essential Qualifications 3+ years of domain experience in a consumer web business or a high-growth, high-development product or team. Expert SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R. Experience using data to drive business outcomes and create insights. Familiarity with data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPI strategy for your business. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to maintain relationships. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferred Qualifications Passion for online communities, gaming, and Twitch. Experience in Operational Excellence, defining metrics, and analysis reporting. Experience working with software development and operational event data. Experience with machine learning techniques, such as logistic regression, decision trees, and neural networks.
