About the Role
The Entry Level Customer Support Specialist will play a vital role in providing superior customer service to end-users, responding to inquiries regarding commercial aircraft spare parts orders, and offering expert knowledge on arenaflex products, services, processes, and operations. As a crucial member of our 24/7, 365-day operation, you will be required to demonstrate flexibility in your scheduling, with the possibility of working various shifts, including evenings, midnights, and weekends. Your primary objective will be to deliver world-class customer support, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries, and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve, research, and resolve specific customer emails and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer order delivery requirements, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
- Analyze customer spare parts requirement inquiries, facilitate responses, and resolve delivery problems, leveraging your knowledge of Supply Chain principles and arenaflex operations
- Advise customers regarding order status, changes, or improvements, and follow up on issues related to their accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage multiple orders and research lists for specific customers, utilizing your organizational skills and attention to detail
- Research and analyze data to identify trends or issues regarding specific customers, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Support Customer Program Managers by maintaining reports, customer data, and managing customer expectations, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's customer-centric approach
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 1+ years of experience in customer service or a support organization, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- 1+ years of experience interfacing with external customers and responding to support requests, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain principles, with the willingness to learn and develop your expertise in this area
- Ability and willingness to work a 3/36 shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 12 hours each day), with flexibility to adapt to changing shift requirements
- Ability to work evening shifts and/or midnight shifts as assigned, demonstrating your commitment to delivering 24/7 customer support
Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in aviation or aerospace, preferably in a customer service/support environment, with a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges

- 1+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, systems, and processes, with a proven track record of utilizing these systems to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- 1+ years of experience working with supply chain strategies, such as inventory reduction, parts kitting, supplier consolidation, optimum flow, and lead-time reduction, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes
