Operations Billing & Pricing Analyst

Join our Pricing and Portfolio Management team as an Operations Billing & Pricing Analyst, where you will play a vital role in supporting the KeyBank Merchant Services Pricing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal pricing, conducting analytical projects, and maintaining accounts to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain accurate pricing across our portfolio, ensuring seamless account management and customer satisfaction. Develop comprehensive pricing analyses for existing and potential clients, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform product and customer pricing strategies, driving business decisions with data-driven insights. Provide expert advice on new product pricing, considering customer, competitive, and internal factors to ensure competitive advantage. Build robust business cases and assess the financial impact of pricing actions, collaborating with Deal and Product teams to drive business outcomes. Foster strong relationships with our Servicing team, ensuring timely and effective pricing corrections, maintenance, and exception requests. Extract valuable insights and develop complex analysis and tools, driving process improvements and efficiency gains. Analyze, monitor, and enhance assigned business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices across the team. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience in merchant services. Minimum 2 years of experience in Merchant Services, with a strong understanding of pricing strategies and models. Proven ability to analyze interchange and other fees, evaluating merchant profitability and driving business growth. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills, with experience addressing complex and ambiguous problems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial spreadsheets, with experience in Microsoft Office products. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with interchange or payments, with a strong understanding of the industry. SQL knowledge and experience with data analysis tools, such as PowerPivot, Tableau, and Python. Experience in business, financial, payments, or other similar analysis, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity. What We Offer Competitive base salary range of $68,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Eligibility for short-term and deferred incentive compensation, subject to individual and company performance. Apply for this job
