Job Summary This full-time remote opportunity offers a competitive salary range of R17,000 - R21,000 per month. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly foodservice roles, utilizing various digital platforms and communication tools. You'll work closely with internal teams to fulfill staffing needs, ensuring we meet demands quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Post and manage job listings using ATS tools (e.g., EPAY and HiringThing) Screen applications and maintain an organized candidate pipeline Communicate with applicants via phone and text using Dialpad Recruit and assess candidates for hourly roles (cooks, dishwashers, catering staff) Ensure accurate onboarding documentation and compliance Respond promptly to urgent and emergency staffing requests Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill staffing needs Build and maintain a pool of pre-qualified candidates for future assignments Ideal Candidate 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service (internships welcomed) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using ATS platforms and messaging tools Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Self-motivated and proactive, with a growth mindset Clear, neutral English accent is essential Previous experience in hospitality or foodservice is a plus Must have own IT equipment (laptop, internet, headset) What We Offer Competitive salary range: R17,000 - R21,000 per month Opportunity to work with a dynamic and mission-driven team Remote work arrangement with flexible hours (US hours) Professional growth and development opportunities Apply now to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the emergency staffing industry.
