Senior UX Design Manager, Google Ads

As a Senior UX Design Manager, you'll lead the development of innovative design solutions, drive product strategy, and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what's possible. We're looking for a thoughtful team leader, manager, and systems-level design thinker with a clear vision of the future of user experience. You'll guide the careers of your team members, work closely with them to help them realize their full potential, and collaborate with leaders across UX, Engineering, and Product Management teams to create innovative experiences across all of Google's products. About the Role: Lead design projects and manage people or teams to deliver elegantly simple user experiences from complex workflows Influence stakeholders across organizations to gain support for design strategies Own a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products Drive improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input Collaborate with leaders to create innovative experiences across all of Google's products Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 10 years of experience in product design or UX 5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams 3 years of work experience working with executive leaders Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $224,000 - $241,000 + bonus + equity + benefits Opportunity to work on complex and impactful projects Collaborative and dynamic work environment Professional development and growth opportunities Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
