Part-Time School-Based DIS Counselor (LCSW/LMFT/School Psych) - Virtual / Remote

Cross Country Education has a unique, part-time opportunity for a highly skilled Virtual DIS Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LEP, or PPS) to manage a focused school-based caseload starting this February. Help to bridge the gap for students needing support, consistency, and connection—ensuring that students transitioning into new services or facing a change in providers feel supported every step of the way. Provide a seamless continuity of care for our students and play a vital role in their end-of-year success. Position Overview: • Deliver approximately 12 hours of monthly virtual counseling, divided between ERSES Counseling (9 hours) and Social Work/Mental Health services (3 hours) for a dedicated caseload of 10+ students. • Facilitate a seamless transition for students during a staff maternity leave, including onboarding new students to ERSES services to ensure stability and goal progression. • Maintain accurate logs and progress monitoring for both Counseling and Social Work mandates in accordance with IEP requirements and school district standards.
