Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, ensuring seamless communication, and providing top-notch customer service. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
