We build custom solutions for 80% of the Polish insurance market and now we're growing our footprint in the United States. Our flagship platforms - Agent Portal and Higson (Business Rules Engine) - support top insurers in optimizing processes and driving innovation. We are now looking for a hands-on Project Manager/Business Analyst with a solid background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to lead US-based client implementations and help scale our delivery operations.What you'll do:• Lead full-cycle insurance system implementations for US clients. • Act as the main liaison between clients and cross-functional teams across time zones. • Build and manage project plans including scope, timelines, risks, and communication flows. • Analyze client needs and translate them into actionable technical and functional requirements. • Identify and drive business process improvements. • Ensure successful project execution using Agile methodology. • Communicate progress clearly with stakeholders and leadership.We’re looking for someone with:• 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis within software development. • 4+ years of experience in the insurance sector, ideally within Property & Casualty. • Strong knowledge of the US insurance market and its ecosystem. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. • A team-player attitude and comfort with working across time zones.
