Remote Call Center/Outbound Sales
About the positionResponsibilities• Make 25-35 outbound calls each hour to prospects by telephone to schedule appointments. • Utilize provided scripts to engage, excite, and persuade homeowners to seek more information. • Overcome objections using provided rebuttals. • Maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection. • Reach and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals. • Document conversations in the CRM system. Requirements• Must have a quiet space to work and talk on the phone while at home.• Must have your own computer with reliable high-speed internet and a headset. • 2+ years of sales experience required. • 1+ years of experience in a Call Center environment required. • Proficient in navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues. Nice-to-haves• Previous home improvement experience is a plus! • Professional and personable attitude. • Energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing personality. • Active listening skills. • Strong written and conversational communication skills.• Persuasive and influential abilities. • Problem-solving skills using critical thinking and logic. • Self-motivated and driven. • Resilient to rejection and able to overcome obstacles with a smile. • Adaptable and willing to learn.
