Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Central TimeAbout theRole:We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our overseas Land Intake Manager (LIM) team focused on cold calling and texting for real estate LAND acquisitions. This is a hands-on role where you'll train, monitor, and drive performance for our outbound Land Intake Managers team while ensuring operational excellence.
