Job Overview As a CAT Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our catastrophe relief efforts, providing empathetic support and exceptional service to customers in need. This temporary, remote position offers flexible scheduling, with hours of operation from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST. You will have the opportunity to choose from available shifts that fit your schedule, with preferred hours of availability from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. Key Responsibilities Apply the latest customer service techniques to deliver positive and courteous responses to customer needs Offer empathy and support to customers during the claim process, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience Collect and document claim details accurately, utilizing our account management systems and call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions, demonstrating a customer-centric approach Utilize technical expertise to provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have: A high school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills The ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words per minute) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems A reliable computer with Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home operating system (note: Chromebooks, macOS, and Linux are not supported) A headset (preferred) A private network connection with a minimum speed requirement (Ethernet connection strongly recommended) The ability to work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment Authorization to work in the country where the job is based The willingness to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the onboarding process Desired Characteristics We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
