Our client roster spans every corner of the arts ecosystem. Each year, we also produce Boot Camp, the country's leading digital marketing conference for the arts.We're bringing on a new group of Analysts to help power the foundation of our work and elevate the impact we deliver to our clients. Key Responsibilities:Support your team members in setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns such as:Scheduling meetingsManaging task lists and deadlines (ex. Asana)Drafting work ordersCommunicating directly with clients (requesting content, reporting on results, etc)Observing and participating in client meetingsManaging a wide variety of digital platforms (including but not limited to Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, Streaming Audio, Programmatic)Drafting campaign strategyBuilding digital infrastructure (ex.Audiences, tags, etc)Drafting and publishing client contentPacing and optimizing campaignsAnalyzing and reporting on campaign results with an eye for actionable insightsAnalyze and report on campaign results with an eye for actionable next steps. Work towards contributing to the business at-large:Serve as a platform specialistAssist or join an internal task-force or committee. Develop and maintain relationships with team members and clientsStay up to date on the digital landscape, including but not limited to:Listening regularly to Capacity podcastsViewing Capacity livestreamsReading company-published blogs posts, case studies, and research.QualificationsThis is an entry-level role, so we'll teach you everything you need to know. We're most excited about candidates who bring the readiness to learn and the qualities that make great collaborators, such as:Demonstrated interest in the organizations we serve (This can look like many things; there is no one size fits all interest)Organizational and time management skillsStrong and proactive written and verbal communicationDemonstrated judgement in knowing when to seek guidance and when to independently problem-solve.Openness to learning new things (particularly technical skills)The ability to work independently from homeAbility to collaborate with your team remotelyCompensation:The compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $54,000.
