The firm operates remotely, and the environment is warm and collegial, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and sustainable careers—attorneys are encouraged to “live whole lives” while doing sophisticated work. Key Responsibilities • Defend employers in a variety of commercial litigation and employment litigation matters, including wage-and-hour and PAGA actions • Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive court filings • Assist with case strategy, discovery, and client counseling • Work closely with partners and other attorneys in a collaborative team environment • Gain meaningful, hands-on litigation experience What the Firm Seeks • 2–4 years of experience • California bar admission required; New York bar admission a plus • BigLaw or similar background • Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Excellent judgment and professionalism; cultural fit is critical What the Firm Offers • Remote work environment • Reasonable and sustainable hours (approximately 1,700–1,800 annually) • Compensation range of $215,000 to $265,000, depending on class year and experience, plus bonus compensation • Healthcare and a 401(k) with employer match • Attorney mentorship and investment into business development • A collaborative, innovative firm culture Qualified candidates are invited to send a copy of their resume to [email protected] for immediate consideration.
