About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service team for the holiday season. As a remote team member, you will be the friendly face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via email and live chat. Reporting to the US Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral part of our in-house customer service team, working closely with our Operations and Tech teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to arenaflex customers via email and live chat, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Follow established procedures to ensure customers receive accurate information and speedy resolutions to their issues Collaborate with other team members, external print partners, and 3PLs to troubleshoot problems and answer questions throughout the customer's journey with us Communicate with design, operations, or tech teams to resolve issues or address concerns Prioritize tickets based on the direction of the shift supervisor, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries Address customer questions, including using the online editor to create personalized gifts, editing orders, and answering product-related queries Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within an e-commerce business Excellent written and spoken English skills Experience working within a team to meet SLAs or KPIs, with a high standard of engagement with customers A quick learner who is happy to be hands-on and is not afraid to ask questions Knowledge of customer service software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom is preferable, but not essential A quiet working environment at home with access to high-speed, private internet A reliable laptop or desktop computer Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the requirements, the ideal candidate will possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple queries simultaneously A customer-centric approach, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
