Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients at the ticket counter, baggage service office, and gate area. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your friendly and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their travel experience. Key Responsibilities Offer friendly support and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external clients Work in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of our organization Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use cargo or baggage services by handling their needs Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating an electronic retail system, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues Greet and handle clients in a courteous and friendly manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets Process charges, make change, and balance daily transactions, being responsible for any overage or shortage Check in baggage and cargo, answer phone calls to provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or complaints, and assist as needed Handle transactions required to board the aircraft in a timely and efficient manner Manage upset clients due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, resolving issues quickly and within guidelines set by the organization Provide current and accurate admission, schedule, reservations, flight arrival/departure information, and answer general questions from clients and other airport visitors Complete forms and reports as required by the organization Prepare irregularity and complaint reports as necessary Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be able to work well under pressure, think critically, and solve problems efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience in the airline industry or a related field would be an asset. You should also be proficient in using computer systems and software, including electronic retail systems and reservation systems. A strong understanding of airline operations, regulations, and safety procedures would also be beneficial.
