We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering a culture of innovation, and making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Support Representative - Outbound Lab Support, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, including physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product education and training. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Responsibilities** * Act as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues * Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet * Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures * Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution * Provide additional customer education and information as needed * Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services * Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions * Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner * Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies * Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED equivalent required * Previous experience in a customer service role * Experience working in a contact center/call center environment preferred * Current or previous arenaflex experience * Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, highly preferred * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required * Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond * Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation * Excellent multitasking abilities required * Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare) * Experience working in a laboratory or healthcare setting * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Fluency in multiple languages **What We Offer** * Competitive pay range: $16 - $25 per hour * Opportunities for growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan * Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and patients **Work Environment and Culture** * arenaflex is committed to creating a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and respect * Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve * We value diversity, equity, and inclusion and strive to create a workplace that is welcoming and inclusive for all * Our team members are empowered to take ownership of their work, make decisions, and drive results **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-centric individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
