Our team members are the heart of our organization, and we're excited to welcome new talent to our family. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to: * Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment * Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to help customers find what they need * Work with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience * Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, both inside and out * Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure our customers receive the best possible service * Interact with customers daily, building relationships and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner * Work collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals * Come up with creative solutions to problems and offer suggestions to improve our services **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment * Sales associate or cashiering experience a plus * Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours * Physical stamina to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift * Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer care **Preferred Qualifications** * Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges * Willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic work environment * Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register * Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet * Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide excellent customer care * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
