Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving a high volume of inbound calls, ranging from 100 to 150 calls per day, from clients across the United States. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. You will be required to categorize all calls received into predefined categories and perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
