Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative - Chat at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: Handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries. Offering detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of what we offer. Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, facilitating a seamless customer experience. Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients can follow up with potential customers effectively. Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that can inform future customer support strategies. Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and enhancements. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not a prerequisite for the position. Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and tools with ease. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being beneficial in this fast-paced environment. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, where no two days are ever the same. In addition to these qualifications, you must be able to attend 4 weeks of training, which will take place on Tuesdays through Saturdays between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.
