Key Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that nurses' credentials are verified and healthcare facilities are connected with the right professionals. Manage multiple chat channels at one time, providing seamless communication with nurses and healthcare facilities. Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs. Access company and client resources provided to accurately handle the call, ensuring that all interactions are secure and confidential. Perform Data Entry and Customer Service skills, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional service to our customers. Be able to navigate on-line efficiently, accessing necessary resources and information to complete tasks. Work requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift, verifying credentials and facilitating connections with healthcare facilities. Identify customers' needs, research to see if request has credentials needed, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs. Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous. Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, and remain positive and professional in all customer interactions. Flexibility to cross train as requested, ensuring that you're equipped to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Qualifications: 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Technical savvy, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software applications. Previous remote work from home experience a plus, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Quick learner, with a strong ability to adapt to new systems and processes. Type 35 words per minute accurately, with a strong understanding of keyboarding skills and accuracy. Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Active listening skills, with a strong ability to understand and respond to customer needs. A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required, ensuring that you're a trustworthy and reliable individual. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits: Arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: Starting pay - $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance. Work hours - Shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST) Work Days - Mon-Fri and rotating weekends. Paid Training - 3 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST). Equipment Provided Option - Equipment will be shipped to you for full time permanent employees. Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection.) Company will provide equipment. Hardware/Software Requirements: Arenaflex requires a range of hardware and software to support our operations. As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Processor: Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater. Memory: 8GB on Windows 8.1 / 10 64 bits. Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, dual monitors required. USB headset. No Chromebooks, netbooks, or any type of tablet (Must be a laptop or a desktop). Up-to-date antivirus software must be installed on the platform and a recent scan completed. Firewall must be enabled.
