Key Responsibilities Accurately input and update client and case information into the firm's database, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies. Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures. Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team, providing insights and supporting informed decision-making. Manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
