Key Responsibilities Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of feature engineering of large datasets, exploratory data analysis, and model building using industry-standard AI/ML models and working with Large Language Models Develop and apply expertise in both supervised (linear/logistic regression) and unsupervised algorithms (k-means clustering) Understand the business context behind large datasets and develop meaningful insights, including analysis and marketing strategy Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams, to align them with your core area of expertise Stay up-to-date with new modeling techniques and methodologies, and continuously improve and refine your skills Work with large datasets, including data preparation, modeling, and deployment, and develop a deep understanding of data management and analysis Design and implement scalable, flexible, and fault-tolerant data pipeline solutions that can handle large volumes of data and provide actionable insights Apply distributed AI and statistical algorithms to large-scale data analysis, and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and improvement Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a data scientist or in a related field 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) 3+ years of experience with machine learning/statistical modeling, data analysis tools, and techniques, and a deep understanding of the parameters that influence their performance Experience applying theoretical models in a practical, real-world environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Python, Perl, or another scripting language Experience in a machine learning or data scientist role with a large technology company Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
