About the Role As an Enterprise Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our clients and helping shape the future of businesses of all sizes. You will identify and assess large-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure and help clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy. Key Responsibilities Be a trusted advisor to our top customers, helping them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their overall cloud strategy by recommending migration paths, integration techniques, and application architectures that incorporate arenaflex Cloud AI-optimized infrastructure Demonstrate how arenaflex Cloud is differentiated, highlighting the power of accelerators by working with clients on proof-of-concepts, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking Build repeatable assets to enable other clients and internal teams Influence arenaflex Cloud strategy at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for corporate customer requirements Travel to customer sites and events as needed Minimum Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in computer technology, mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure Experience building and operationalizing machine learning models Experience delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions that are aligned with the customer with defined scope and success criteria Desired Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: Experience training and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, recommendation, genomics) with accelerators Experience running MLPerf benchmarks Experience with performance profiling tools (e.g., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard) Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance versus costs Experience designing and architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure and AI/ML Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work closely with customers and internal teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to influence and advocate for customer requirements Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
