Our team is dedicated to creating an epic impact, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve our vision. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable and nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and JML events within our IAM system * Collaborate with software and platform teams to deliver scalable and nimble solutions that meet business needs * Implement SailPoint integration with robust IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment * Implementation of JML events, custom/Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM integration **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field * 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven company * Strong exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM), Access Control, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Position Mining, Access Aggregation/Certification, and Federation * Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous learning **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field * 5+ years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven company * Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices * Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies * Certification in IAM, Cybersecurity, or related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills in IAM, Access Control, RBAC, Position Mining, Access Aggregation/Certification, and Federation * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous learning * Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines with a focus on delivering high-quality results * Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
